We have been term exploring the  Shibashi set III this term. It has been popular and I would likt to continue to deepen our work with this set and explore and develop related aspects and forms. into the Autumn.

Suitable for newcomers as well as regulars.

It builds depth to do the classes as a sequence but it will not be a problem to miss the odd one.

Venue: Trinity Rooms, Field Road, Stroud GL5 2HZ

Times: Tuesdays 5-6pm

Dates:  September 10th- October 21st inclusive

I will post Nevember /December dates soon.

Cost:  £8 per session or £72 for the whole term.  Flexible. 

Please wear loose comfortable clothing and shoes. Its helpful to arrive a few minutes early.
