I am doing classes more or less once a month in the Heavens vally. It is special to spend time practicing simple forms outdoors in the wonderful space of the Heavens Valley. Attuning to the the natural world, the elements and the seasons.   We have done 2 sessions so far this summer which have been very lovely.

Place: Meet at the Bowbridge lane entrance to the Heavens Valley. There is a short walk, approx 10 mins, to the place we practice. It involves a bit of up and down and some uneven ground. 

Cost: A contribution of £10 to the Heavens valley    (I am doing this as a fundraiser to support the Heavens Valley)
