We will explore the ancient form of Primordial  qigong,  working slowly and incorporateing warm ups, standing and 5 element practices and probably more as the term unfolds

Dates:  September  5th,12th,19th,26th, (no class Oct 3rd) Oct 10th,17th,  {24th NO CLASS },31st, December 5th, 11th.  On December 19th 5.00-6.00 we will do a special class for the midwinter Solstice. All welcome whether you have been coming to this series or not.
